Omar is currently a SVP and GM at Rovi. Prior to Rovi, Omar was a VP and GM at HP. In addition, Omar was a VP of Product Management at Motorola, a Google company. He was also a VP at Qualcomm. He was also a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Omar holds dual BS degrees from the University of Michigan.
