Winter has over 10 years of software engineering experience in IBM and Hewlett Packard before founding Tapatalk. Tapatalk provides a social app that connects users around the world through their hobbies and passions. It delivers interest-based discussions in a streamlined unified mobile experience, while creating an eco-system for users to discover new interests.
