Nick Schreiber is the Sales and Business Development Partner at Hypothesis where he focuses on helping portfolio companies build and scale effective sales teams while identifying and executing on new growth opportunities.
Beginning in 2012, as part of the founding executive team, Nick helped build the sales function at HighGround, an HR tech platform focused on driving talent development and employee engagement acquired by Vista Equity Partners in 2018. Nick’s clients included United Airlines, Hitachi, Spanx and he was responsible for developing the organization's sales strategy, formalizing its sales training processes and refining its pipeline and forecasting models.
Prior to joining HighGround, Nick served as Head of Marketing and Business Development at Lifecrowd, a position he took after several years consulting at Gagen McDonald, where he provided change management and strategy execution guidance to organizations like Pfizer, J&J, Hyatt and MillerCoors.
Nick has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MS from Northwestern University. He has lived in Chicago, Nashville, New York, Denver and currently resides in Charleston.
